My two-year-old very active sourdough starter - Anna. Named after my great great grandmother. Made with organic unbleached all-purpose flour and water. Kit includes:

• dehydrated sourdough starter

• easy-to-follow rehydration instructions

• storage and feeding guidelines

• basic sourdough sandwich bread recipe

• tips and tricks

• rubberband for marking your jar/container so you can monitor for rising

• and cheesecloth for putting on top of your starter jar, if you wish to not use a lid!
